Overlooking the sea and vineyards 400 m from the highway. Apartment is on the first floor of the house, size 50 m2. Contains a fireplace, living room, bathroom, bedroom, and balcony. Has 4 (website hidden), badmiton. Sea distance 1500 m.Airport distance 9km.
Perfect spot to enjoy in combination of modern interior and vineyard view, tranquility olive garden, birds singing and light breeze. Villa is located in quite part of the little place Kastel Sucurac, only 10 km from old town Split and 15 km from UNESCO city Trogir. Since I was a kid a love to take breakfast in garden under the cherry tree. The best part of villa is that on the one side of house is a parking where you can leave car and reach quickly two heritage cities,and on the other side of house is peaceful olive garden.
BBQ, two bikes for olders and one bike for little kids ( under 1.5 year ), toys for kids to play in garden, outdoor shower
