Description

La situation est très agréable, à 5 km des commerces et restaurants (Antraigues, village de Jean Ferrat) à 8 km de Vals Les Bains et 14 km de la cité médiévale d'Aubenas, et de son marché disséminé dans les rues piétonnes.

La maison est à 600 m d'altitude, dans les Cévennes, entre les vallées de la Bésorgue et de la Volane, qui offrent de nombreuses baignades naturelles charmantes à moins de 10 minutes.

On y accède par une (très) petite route, vraiment peu passante. Aucune nuisance.

La terrasse de 50m² environ, est exposée plein sud mais abritée par une vigne, providentielle pour pouvoir y manger le midi. 2 tables (14 couverts en tout).

La maison est adossée à la colline, qui la protège presque complètement du vent (c'est pourquoi le lieu s'appelle « La Combe »), ce qui permet de profiter pleinement de la terrasse dès les premiers rayons de soleil au printemps

Aucun vis-à-vis, mais une vue imprenable sur les Cévennes et le château d'Aubenas..

Elle est composée de 7 chambres, 4 salles de bains, 3 WC, un salon avec cheminée (et bois à volonté), une grande salle à manger (table de 14 couverts, une autre de 4 couverts peut être ajoutée) ouvrant directement sur la terrasse et sur la cuisine, et d'une arrière cuisine toute équipée.

Le jardin en terrasses de plus de 3500 m², est planté de nombreux arbres fruitiers (figues, prunes, pommes, poires, mirabelles, vigne...), que vous pourrez manger à profusion, directement cueillis sur l'arbre.

Sur une des terrasses plein sud, accessible par un petit escalier de pierre, se trouve la piscine naturelle, entièrement sécurisée par une clôture. Elle offre une eau douce et limpide grâce à sa filtration biologique (sans produit chimique). La terrasse en bois, éclairée, se prolonge sous une voûte ancienne en pierre, où coule une source, qui alimente la piscine.

La piscine est éclairée (sous l'eau) et est équipée d'une douche solaire.
