Description

South Marina is a quiet walled village with cobbled streets, buildings painted in vibrant eastern colours bordered with palm trees. It is within 10 min walk from the stunning Abu Tig Marina and also walking distance to some of the beaches and Downtown.

The townhouse is in a building with 5 other properties and the pool/garden is shared with an identical building next to us.

This fully air conditioned 2 storey town house is modern, light and airy with 3 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The marble floors and staircases throughout give a welcome coolness from the heat of the day. Open plan fully fitted kitchen with eating and lounge area, french doors opening to a terrace with table and chairs for 'al fresco dining', leading you into the landscaped garden/pool area. Upstairs the property offers a large terrace with comfortable seating.

Bedrooms;

On the ground floor has a double bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom. Upstairs further two double bedrooms one of which has a vaulted ceiling and a 4 poster bed. Seperate bathroom.

Mid-stay clean and linen change can be arranged on request at a minimal fee as can the hire of a cot and high chair.

Transfers can also be arranged on request.

Set times for check-in is at 4pm and check-out at 12pm only when bookings are back to back. Every effort is made to be as accommodating as possible.

One double bedroom with traditional Egyptian domed ceiling and a four poster bed.

Fully fitted kitchen with all appliances including: dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob, microwave etc.

Property is fully prepared for guests arrival and also spare linen, bath/beach towels provided. Please note that representative may need to make a charge for excessive amount of laundry at the end of stay.

Mid-stay clean and linen change can be arranged with representative, providing enough notice is given. Payment to be settled with representative.

Ground floor terrace with a table and 4 directors chairs plus for extra seating a cushioned box seat. This terrace leads you into the garden and pool area where there are 6 sun loungers.

Guests are greeted at the property on arrival by my friendly and helpful representative who will go through the house with you, give the keys and password for WiFi. During the stay he can contacted should any help/advice be needed or to report if something is broken or isn't working at the house. The property is in the 6th building marked MS03 on the right from the security gates and the property number is 02.

Just returned from a 2 week holiday wow! Absolutely gorgeous ,brilliant location beautiful pool and a town house equipped with everything you could need. Only a 5 min tok tok ride from the marinas and downtown, bars cafes shops and restaurants will definitely be returning
