Casa “Rio” is a beautiful private holiday villa with a pool, Jacuzzi, private garden and vast sunny terraces located in the charming resort of Moraira, Costa Blanca.
The house is situated in a quiet residential area only a 4 minute drive or 15 minute walk from the beach front and main village center consisting of shops, bars and restaurants.
The villa offers 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 2 lounge and dining areas, 2 kitchens with full utilities, spacious bbq area, private parking within plot, snooker table, and table tennis. You will benefit from satellite tv, 2 games consoles and dvd player.Perfect for the kids, there is also a childrens climbing frame.
Sleeping a maximum of 12 people, this house is ideal for a family or families wishing to escape to the sun. Only a 4 minute drive from the costal resort of Moraira, offering beautiful beaches and all necessary amenities.
A mere 2 minute walk you will find a delightful local bar, offering dining and refreshments.
