Description
In this beautiful apartment you will enjoy your vacations throughout the whole year. This modern, brighting, peaceful flat has two bedrooms - one with a luxury queen bed, the other with two individual beds - and also a comfortable sofa-bed (maximum capacity of the flat: 5 people).
It also has a complete bathroom with shower spa and an independent toilette.
The kitchen is fully equipped: oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee and other facilities.
There is also a washing machine and a dryer.
In the large dinning room you will find a cozy fireplace and a plasma TV.
You can also enjoy one of the best sea views from the terrace: you shall not miss the magical sunsets!
There is also a practical heating system to warm you up in the winter time (and don't forget the fireplace!).
In the community area you can enjoy the pool, the gardens around and a community parking zone.
The location is a privilege: in the quiet area of Aiguadolç, just a few minutes away from the harbor and 200 meters from the beautiful sand beaches. In just 10 walking minutes there is the city center fully of restaurants, bars, coffees and nice boutiques for shopping. Enjoy the amazing opportunities Sitges has to offer you and its incredible nightlife!

Dans ce bel appartement vous pouvez profiter de vos vacances pendant toute l'année. Moderne, clair et confortable, l'appartement a deux chambres - l'une avec un luxueuse queen lit et l'autre avec deux lits individuels - et un sofa-lit (la capacité maximale est de 5 personnes en total).
Il y a une salle de bain avec une douche spa et une toilette indépendant.
La cuisine est totalement équipée: un four, un micro-ondes, une lave-vaisselle, une machine de Nespresso et des autres ustensiles.
Dans la salle à manger il y a une belle cheminée et une TV Plasma.

En este precioso apartamento disfrutarás de tus vacaciones durante todo el año. Moderno, luminoso y acogedor, el piso consta de dos dormitorios – uno de ellos con una lujosa cama queen y el otro con 2 camas individuales -, además de un práctico sofá cama (aloja un total de 5 personas. Se pueden añadir dos camas para alojar a dos personas más, con un coste extra).
Baño completo con ducha spa y otro aseo independiente.
Cocina totalmente equipada: horno, microondas, friegaplatos, café Nespresso, y otras facilidades. Espacioso comedor con pantalla de plasma y chimenea (por supuesto, un práctico sistema de calefacción te mantiene caliente durante los meses de invierno).
En la terraza disfrutarás de una de las mejores vistas de Sitges enfrente de la playa: no puedes pederte los mágicos atardeceres!
En el área comunitaria encontrarás piscina, jardines y plazas de aparcamiento privado.

“Great view with plenty of apartment room.”
As above. My only concerns are: a) it’s a bit of a hoof to reach the old town, which might be an issue for anyone with mobility problems ( a few hills/ steps involved), and b) the dishwasher full and only rinsed on arrival; minor stuff but a bit irritating when we had just spent 9 hours on the move. Apart from those I’m happy to recommend this property.

“Fantastic Holiday”
22nd to 29th of January 2019 We have just had a fantastic weeks holiday at this lovely apartment , it’s in the perfect place , it’s cleane and very comfortable , it was so lovely to have the open fire in the evenings and to sit and look at the sea and lights of sitges across the bay , I can’t wait to go back , thank you Sare for letting us stay at your lovmm apartment . “GREAT LOCATION. Poor quality for the price”
We were so excited to come to this property but sadly the standard of accommodation for sleeping was not as expected or as advertised when we booked our holiday. The sofa bed, which we needed to suit our family and had double checked was available before we booked, was broken (and had been broken for some three weeks!), but we had not been informed before hand. A blow up bed had been provided but sadly deflated on night 1. A replacement was given, (which also disappointedly was faulty), after the owner said we could try the settee (badly stained and not at all suitable). Faulty blow-up bed aside, I did not come all the way to Spain to sleep on an air bed. We had been told that a comfortable double sofa bed would be available and we booked on this basis. The single bed in the bedroom was also broken - slats kept coming away and disturbing one of our daughter's sleep in the night. This apartment could have been so good.... but sleep on a holiday is an important thing for us. Speaking to the owner as we left and on our return, about some reduction in cost or some sense of responsibility, proved fruitless because we had not complained 'enough' it seems, or complained to Trip Advisor at the start of the rental period. A technicality to be mindful of for holiday bookings. I have never ever complained before, so was not familiar with HOW to do it, and didn't want to spend time complaining and ruin the holiday further by making a fuss. On our return, Trip Advisor Customer Services thought the owners may be able to help independently by remunerating us for not having the bed as advertised but they wouldn't. Very poor concern for their guests. It seems a small thing I know.... but an air bed is not OK on holiday unless you are sleeping in a tent for £20 a night. Great pool, fab view but quality of furniture was not acceptable. Check and check again before booking this apartment.

Response from the owner Hi Lorry, I think you are not explaining this the way it really was.. Yes the sofa bed was broken ( it had been broken 2 days before your arrival, not three weeks before as you say) and the day you arrived to the apartment I offered you an inflatable matress, and you said OK. The matress was accidentally broken by you and your family, so I bought a double inflatable matress for you that cost me more than 100 euros. The day I brought it to you to the apartment and prepared it, you texted me and you said that was fantastic and great and you seemed very satisfied. After FIVE DAYS without you saying nothing, the day of your departure you told me that the bed I bought also had been broken accidentally..! And that you were very disappointed, etc... I am sorry but as you may understand, I could't give you any money back as the bed cost me money and you said nothing until the day of your departure!! I understand it was a pity that the sofa bed didn't work, however I did the best to find another solution... Also, when you booked the apartment, you booked it for 4 persons ( your husband, you, and your two daughters) and the sofa bed needs to be used for an extra person, and that was not the case. Anyway, I talked to tripadvisor and they told me I was right, so I'm sorry you couldn't get money for this.
