Description
Comfortable apartment. with large balcony, located just 5-6 minutes walk from the harbor promenade. Its 2 bedrooms (one with a queen size bed and the other with a double and a single bed) can fit 1-5 persons.
It is on the 4th floor and its size is 120 m2. You can use the elevator to reach the 4th floor (except if you prefer the staircase!!)
Living room, dining room and home office are one space. A corridor leads to the 2 bedrooms (one with 1 queen size bed and the other with 1 double and 1 single bed) The kitchen is fully equipped. There is one bathroom with wc and also a laundry room with a 2nd wc. In the laundry room there is a washing machine, laundry soap, iron, ironing board , clothespins etc.
There is a very large balcony (50 m2) with lots of plants and flowers and with laid back sofas and a long table in case you prefer to have your breakfast, lunch or dinner outside.
Free WiFi, Television, DVD player, a large collection of films etc
The apartment is laying in the center of the city. There are several banks, super markets, bakeries, butchers, cafes and any kind of shops around it. There is a taxi-station 100 m. further and halts of urban/suburban buses.

“Vom Feinsten”
Ich kannte die Ferienwohnung schon vom letzten Jahr und es war wieder kompfortabel und angenehm. Leider war das Wetter so regnerisch an drei Tagen, dass der riesen Balkon nicht genutzt werden konnte.
