Description

Sit on the balcony and lookout over the marina, pool and coastline. The sun shines on the balcony for most of the day creating a wonderful place for Al Fresco dining. Guest also have access to the large community pool and your car is kept cool in the secure underground garage. The apartment is air-conditioned providing hot or cold air making it a great place to stay all year round. Leave the apartment and within 2 minutes you are in the marina where you can find many restaurants and bars.

The kitchen is well equipped with hob, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, crockery, utensils and most importantly wine glasses! There is seating for four adults in the main living area, dining table and TV/DVD. The two bedrooms have ample wardrobe space and the master bedroom has a private balcony.

The nightly price also includes a daily electric allowance. If required additional electric cards can be purchased in resort.

Almerimar is a traditional authentic Spanish resort with a relaxed informal atmosphere. There are plenty of bars and restaurants around the marina and the beach is serviced with sunbeds and showers. If you fancy a day away from the beach the city of Almeria is less than one hour away and historic Granada with the Alhambra Palace less than two hours away.

“Lovely, spacious apartment close to shops and bars.”

This is a spacious two bedroom apartment in a central location in Almerimar. The balcony has nice views of the marina, albeit over roof tops. The balcony is overlooked by the adjacent apartment block but privacy can be achieved by drawing the shuters across. All necessary utensils and equipment is provided including a washing machine and good sized tv, though only Spanish channels are available. The apartment was very clean just a shame they hadn't removed the fag ends from the planter on the balcony. The washhand basin was loose as was the toilet seat, but the shower was good and always plenty of hot water. The central location of the apartment does mean that it can be a bit noisy at night, particularly at weekends. Quite loud disco music could be heard on Saturday untill about 3 am. All in all a very good apartment in a very good location.
