1st floor apartment in a villa in Corfu-Kavos
Our house is located in Kokkinia-Asprokavos, South Corfu on a long sandy beach, some footsteps from the sea water, just opening the front garden gate.
Available 1st floor app. With 2 double bedrooms,1 twin bedroom,2 bathroom, living room, kitchen fully equipped. Balconies and all around spacious veranda with sea, mainland and garden splendid view, playground and private parking area.All bedrooms have air condition and mosquito nets.
The front sea garden offers direct approach to the sandy beach. Leisure lovers will appreciate staying here. The relaxing combination of sea breeze under the rich shadow of pine trees, while children can safety enjoy the swallow friendly water. Playground is also available in the back ground of the house.
Within 5 minutes walk supermarkets, medical centre, water sports activities and tavernas.
Meanwhile the centre of Kavos village, at about 1,5 km of reach, is well known for its night life, much appreciated by youth from all over Europe.
One of the last protected natura areas can be found within 20 minutes walk from the house. “Arcoudillas” is a wild forest of olive trees, pines, cypresses, wild berries. There you can see the ruins of Arcoudillas' 17th century monastery. This area reaches the crystal blue waters of the long sandy beach, which faces Adriatic sea and Paxos island.
