Description
This cosy bungalow is ideal for couples needing a base to explore this fabulous area of North Devon. Modern open plan living and fully equipped, it offers a good degree of privacy and is comfortable and welcoming.
There are two bedrooms, one has a double bed and the second bedroom has bunk beds. The bathroom is modern and has a power shower.
The kitchen is fitted with a good array of cupboards. Then there is the conservatory, lovely for dining or just sitting ,double doors lead out to a pretty courtyard garden which is not overlooked and ideal for alfresco eating with seating area and BBQ, perfect for outside dining.
It's a flat 10 minute walk to the beach, where there is a sea water pool and rock pools which the children love. The beach is manned by Lifeguards during the summer season. There are a variety of local shops and eating places. The property is approx 10 mins from the North Devon Golf course.

This lovely little bungalow fits the old cliche - small but perfectly formed! There is a double and bunk bedroom, fitted kitchen, and open plan living room, shower room and new conservatory adding extra space for dining or sitting. The open plan living area has comfortable seating with TV and DVD.

Parking is provided opposite the property. There are steps leading from the parking area and whilst not steep may not suit people with limited mobility. The bungalow is tucked away across an attractive grassy area which is peaceful and quiet.
The front garden is lawned with shrubs and pots and there is seating for two in the sun! The back garden is private and has a family sized table for al fresco eating and several sun loungers

“Everything you need”
The little cottage was perfect for me and my 2 little ones. It was very clean and tidy and well equipped. The kitchen had everything you need for a break away, although no freezer compartment in the fridge which would have been good for keeping things like fishfingers in for the kids. The double bed en quilt was very comfortable and the area is very quiet at night so slept great. Good shower as well and the breakfast area in the conservatory was lovely. Only downsides just for information were 1. that there’s no view from the conservatory/patio so was a bit boring sitting out there staring at a brown fence, and 2. it was quite a long walk to get to the beach - at least 20 mins if you’re walking with little kids, and probably wouldn’t want to carry all your beach gear with you. So we had to drive to the beach with all our stuff and pay £9 for full day parking. But this would not deter us from staying here again, the cottage itself was perfect and Sue was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this place.

“Restful holiday”
Little Haven is a sweet place to stay. 15 minute walk from the seafront and local shops. Very quiet area Little Haven has everything you need for a base by the sea. Child friendly too with bunk beds and bean bags. Nice hot shower, DVD player for quiet evenings in. Good night sleep too.

“Surf’s up”
Fantastic location, clean comfortable and convenient... Westward Ho! is a pleasant surprise, great restaurants night life (live music in pub) and of course the great beach and surf... absolutely loved it ...

A lovely clean and modern bungalow and very well situated for travelling to other areas of Devon. We also went to Bude in Cornwall as it was only 28 miles away.We would highly recommend it.

Response from the owner There is free wifi in the local pubs & restaurants(5 min walk). The smell was from a pine wood wardrobe which has now been put right.
