Description
Added in the small village of Canapegna the old village church is today a beautiful villa with a large garden and swimming pool.
Located near Fabriano city world famous for the production of paper and watermark, ten minutes from the caves of Frasassi.
The property itself has been recently renovated to a high standard, retaining many traditional features such as beamed ceilings truss of the thirteenth century, typical of the old churches and antique furniture to the property.
The house retains its characteristic features such as terracotta floors and beamed ceilings, combined with all the modern amenities.

Other marvellous cities, like Gubbio, Assisi, Perugia, Urbino and Loreto, and Adriatic sea are reachable by car in less than 1 hour.
All around there are hills and mountains, where you can practice all sports in harmony with nature: hiking, trekking, walking horse, mountain biking and also more particulars ports like hang gliding, paragliding, climbing (in Monte Cucco and in Frasassi Regional Parks) or kayak.

“Great Holiday Home with private pool”

“Wonderful”
We stayed at " La Chiesetta" for one week in august. When we arrived the owner, Paolo, was very responsive and gave us a lot of information. The property was very clean, and exactly as the described on the ad. We loved the pool and the barbecue area. The kitchen is large and it is equipped with all the necessary utensils. The owners provided us with maps, suggestions of nice places to see. I would highly recommend the "Frasassi Caves". The owners were very kind to call and make reservations for our dinner in the nearby restaurants. We would go there again.
