This Villa is set in a stunning olive groove on top of a hill, the amazing view is facing sunset amongst the olive trees. The location is peaceful and perfect for those who want to enjoy a rest in the countryside with all the comfort.
the space is quiet, piecefull, but has all the comfort and style of a country villa. The villa features 2 bedroom, one living room, a kitchen, one bathroom with shower and a very spacious open terrace in front of the villa and the living room and another separate spacious chill out area by the side of the villa surrounded by olive trees.

Response from the owner grazie mille valerio per il tuo feedback, a cui cerco di rispondere per quanto mi riguarda. Per quanto riguarda la strada sterrata impervia in realtà ci sono 2 accessi, uno, quello che tu chiami impervio, è un tipico tratturo pugliese di cui una piccola parte e' in salita, altrimenti avresti potuto usare l'altro accesso da Casalini che e' piu largo . Gli insetti purtroppo vivendo in campagna arrivano a secondo della stagione e del vento, anche se li pulissimo noi tutti i giorni tornerebbero la mattina dopo perchè la notte cercano riparo nei punti più caldi che è in effetti sotto il porticato La casa intera per tua informazione è stata disinfestata e sanificata con una macchina all'ozono speciale comprata appositamente per l'emergenza COVID e la usiamo OGNI VOLTA che un ospite entra nella struttura, incluso passiamo la macchina con il vapore sui cuscini e i divani e forse per questo al tuo arrivo erano ancora un po' umidi. La maggior parte delle case in campagne usano una cisterna, mi sembra molto strano che tu non ne fossi al corrente visto che lasciamo una brochure con le istruzioni sulla villa all'interno del salotto, ma forse non hai ritenuto opportuno spendere del tempo per leggerlo. Mi dispiace che siate rimasti senza acqua ma so che Michele si e' organizzato per portare un camion di rifornimento solo dopo qualche ora . Per quanto riguarda la situazione rifiuti purtroppo non dipende da noi ma dal comune di Ostuni che da quando e' successa la emergenza Covid ha smesso di raccogliere la spazzatura a casa e pretende che la portiamo fisicamente al punto di raccolta. Di solito se gli ospiti stanno qualche giorno soltanto lo facciamo alla loro partenza ma nel vostro caso con un soggiorno di 2 settimane credo che sia stato opportuno informarvi di farlo anche voi Le persone che avete trovato in giardino sono per la manutenzione della piscina, vengono una volta alla settimana la mattina presto e quando ci sono parecchi insetti nelle piscine vengono qualche volta in più, quindi tu ti lamenti per troppi insetti ma anche se qualcuno li viene a togliere mi sembra che non ci sia nulla che ti soddisfi. Per quanto riguarda il prezzo hai pagato per 2 settimane 250 euro a notte nelle prime 2 settimane di agosto per una villa completa di 2 stanze da letto con 2 bagni e piscina ad uso esclusivo privato. La manutenzione che tu chiedi, ma di cui poi ti lamenteresti perchè ci sarebbero delle persone in giro durante le due settimane del tuo soggiorno , farebbe salire il prezzo ad un servizio di hotel ti assicuro. Grazie comunque perchè sicuramente nelle tue indicazioni ci sono delle cose in cui possiamo migliorare.
