Description
The charming country house Pujol den Miquel that is set on a hillside, enjoys a peaceful location with magnificent open views of the central Mallorca with the mountains in the distance. The house that counts with total privacy is set in a small group of three houses located only 2.9 km. from Felanitx. Here you can find local shops, restaurants, cafeterias and can visit its bustling market which takes place every Sunday morning. Approx 15km. we find Porto Colom a charming fishing port where it is still possible to see the fishermen repairing the nets on the dock.
Pujol den Miquel is a wonderful comfortable country house full of natural light that has been completely restored with beautiful traditional rustic design. Outside has an original façade partially clad with rural stone and inside counts with ceilings with traditional beams. From the luminous double-height entrance hall we reach the open living room kitchen area. The kitchen area that is well equipped counts with a dinner table. The comfortable living room has access to the front patio and pool area. The ground floor also offers a twin bedroom and a separate shower room close by. From the hall a stairs with a nicely designed iron handrails take to the upper floor where there are two bedrooms. A spacious double bedroom and a twin bedroom that share a separated bathroom with an overhead shower.
All bedrooms count with built-in wardrobes and air conditioning cold/warm with a limited timetable.
The outside is the perfect place to enjoy the peace and the quiet of the country side. From the pool area, across trees you will enjoy fantastic views to the central Mallorca, Felanitx and mountainous landscape in the distance. There is a large patio in front of the house and a lovely stone terrace with a small lawned area around the kidney-shaped swimming pool (10m. x 5 m. Depth min. 1.20 – mid. 1.40m. max. 1.85m.) with roman steps. Exterior pool-shower. There is also a 3m. circular children's pool. At one side of the patio there is a spacious shady covered terrace with a brick-built barbecue and a large table with benches to enjoy delicious “al fresco” meals. There is also laundry room and a toilet with a shower. A second covered area holds the table tennis for fun of all the family. The property is fully fenced so the children have plenty space to play and run around.
