This is a 3 bed apt with 2 balconies overlooking the marina and the sea. The 1st balcony is off the main bedroom and the 2nd balcony is off the living area, It is centrally located to the main activities of this holiday village. Very child / teenage friendly. 18 hole golf course and driving range. 18 hole par 3 golf course, tennis, playgrounds , kids clubs. All you would expect from a top class holiday village. The beautiful beach is a 20 min walk/ 2 min drive. Please note that there is a charge payable locally of for use of local facilities. Also bed linen and towels are not supplied

It is a spacious ocean facing apartment located in a beautiful holiday village in Port Bourgenay. Golf, sea, sun and sand on your door step. Something for everyone in the family from sunbathing around the pool, taking a dip in the sea, playing tennis, golf, volleyball or just enjoying a long wandering walk through the woods. The large balcony off the main living area overlooks the marina. A patio table, 6 chairs and a parsol is provided for your comfort. Approx 8 restaurants are within a 5 min walk. A laundrette is within 200 m. The view from this apt is stunning. You can have your breakfast overlooking the sea. The sun shines down on this balcony from early morning to about 7pm
