Description

The beautiful apartment overlooking the lake, is located in Limonta, a traditional village of Lake Como, only 5 kilometers from Bellagio, famous all over the world.

The apartment is nice and bright and has a wonderful garden with direct access to the lake.

Completely renovated and newly furnished everything is studied in detail.

The house is divided as follows: a large open space overlooking the lake with two huge windows furnished with living room, dining table and large kitchen with fridge, microwave, induction hob and dishwasher.

Thanks to a hallway leads to the first of the two bathrooms with sink, toilet and a large shower, and the nice bedroom with a comfortable double bed and a bunk bed. Lamps, tables, paintings and dressing area with a large closet.

Finally, a second bathroom with a sink, toilet, bidet and another shower.

In addition to all the furniture and bed, bath and kitchen linen that are provided, outdoor chairs, tables and beach chairs are provided for guests to enjoy the most breathtaking views in this corner of paradise.

Bellagio is just a few miles away (5km) with all its amenities: restaurants, bars, supermarkets, shops and everything else you may need.

A couple of hundred yards from the house there is a typical restaurant where to enjoy excellent fish dishes and the landing to get on board the typical boats Bellagio and all the beautiful places and villages of the Lake.

Instead towards Lecco other clubs, bars, pubs where you can spend evenings together outdoors listening to good music. The city of Lecco is located about 15 minutes away.

“Amazing lake front apartment with excellent amenities & very close to all major sight seeing locations across Lake Como”

Pictures don't really do this apartment justice. My boyfriend and I spent 9 nights at the apartment and spent most days sunbathing in the garden and swimming in the lake. It's an extremely peaceful location which is really well connected to Bellagio (5 min drive) Lecco (20 minutes) and Verenna (30 mins drive or less if you take the boat ferries). I'd be surprised if you could get better value for money than this apartment - the view from both the apartment and the garden is breathtaking. We'd happily go back next year and will recommend to friends.
