Description

Emerald Isle is recommended by Trip Advisor as one of the best condo complexes in PCB!! Our 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom condo is located on the beautiful west end of Panama City Beach, 1 mile west of Pier Park. The condo has been professionally decorated with your comfort and relaxation in mind. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, the second bedroom has a queen sized bed and there is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The mattresses are quality pillow top mattresses. Each bedroom has a TV and DVD player. Our 13th floor condo has a large balcony, off of the living room and master bedroom, offering a panoramic view of a the gulf, beach, beachside pools and hot tub. The kitchen features granite countertops and is stocked with quality cookware and dishes. The large round dining table seats 4 comfortably, and there are three bar stools at the counter nearby. The living room offers a fantastic view of the gulf, and includes a TV, DVD player, CD player and an assortment of DVD's. WiFi is available in the condo. Our condo includes covered and assigned parking, near one of 4 elevators, for easy access to the condo. Starting in 2014 our condo includes BEACH SERVICE!!!

Emerald Isle features an outdoor pool, and indoor/ outdoor pool, a large hot tub and gas grilling area all beachside. A fitness center is available with great view of the gulf.
