4 Valleys/Verbier area with 412km of pistes. Delightful, ideally located third floor apartment with spectacular views of the mountains and Rhone Valley. Balconies to the front and rear.

Free ski bus during the season.

Wonderful location for skiing, mountain biking and walking.

Only 500m, or 5 minutes walk, from the ski lift, ski hire shops, supermarket, restaurants, bars and bakery.

Comfortably sleeps 6. Cot and high chair available.

WiFi internet, 47"/119cm HDTV with multilingual cable channels, DVD film library, Sony Blu-ray PS3 console and games, iPod dock, books and board games for all ages.

No charge for WiFi internet access or the underground garage parking at the apartment.

Discounted hire for skis, mountain bikes, electric bikes, ski and snowboard lessons has been arranged for my guests. British ski instructors teach here.

There is an ice skating rink in winter, open air swimming pool in summer and sports centre open all year round.

Highchair and cot available. Ski creche for 18-month to five-year-olds.

Nendaz is a warm, friendly village and the perfect place for families.

Response from the owner I find the content of this review most inaccurate. 1. Burn is on top of the microwave and can't be removed. It does not effect the use what so ever. 2. The outside stream/waterful is a lovely and pleasant sound which can only be heard when outside. There is no damp in the apartment what so ever. 3. The outside chairs are not broken and the one that was has been removed. 4. We now have an outside storage box for storage of all the other chairs we have. 5. No broken crockery is EVER left in the apartment and our housekeeper would have removed if left by another guest. 6. Cutlery tray is not broken nor has it ever been. 7. The bathroom is beige not white and is immaculately cleaned so the dirty comment is not rigth at all.

Summer Holiday review – just spent a lovely week based in La Foret, the apartment is very comfortable and the views are just amazing from the lounge and the balcony, the mountains are bigger than the photos, we had fun watching a few thunderstorms passing through. The train journey from Geneva to Sion is very scenic and relaxing. If you like walking there is so much to do in and around Nendaz. Local walks (pine cone path is lovely) and beyond. We got a 4 day lift pass and went up to Tracouet from the nearby Nendaz Telecabine which is well worth a day out. Also you can catch a bus from there to nearby Siviez where there are lots of cable car/lift options to take you up and then you can choose from an abundance of paths or simply enjoy the views. My top tip, get really fit before you go! Lots to do for families in Nendaz with sports and the open air swimming pool is lovely after a day out walking or just to relax by. The funicular opposite the Telecabine is very handy for getting up and down the hill! Recommend the Co-op supermarket and La Cantina restaurant at the bottom of the hill, great for a hearty meal after a long walk and friendly staff. You could stay here for months and not run out of things to do if you like exploring and walking.

“Wonderful location”

We stayed for a week in Juky. The apartment is in an excellent location with stunning views and is extremely well-equipped with high quality furnishings and equipment. The views from the balcony are stunning. The owner is extremelyhelpful, responding almost iinstantly to all our questions. In Nendaz tthere is a range of restaurants and bars to cater for all tastes and budgets. We used the village pool which costs €6 per adult per day but for this you can stay as long as yiu like. The Coop supermarket is very well - stocked (forget the PAM - there is nothing in it!) and good value. The Aldi in Sion is also good but please note that they do not take English debit or credit cards (which we only discovered after we'd done our shopping!). Take the cable car from Nendaz to Tracouet for amazing views and excellent walks - or even better, drive to Siviez where a sequence of cable cars and ski lifts will take you to a number of destinations including Verbier (even in the summer). All in all a fantastic holiday and we would definitely come bavk.
