Clean and Breezy describes this property. The air conditioning is central and cool!

Come enjoy our tropical oasis. When you have come off the beach return to the tranquil setting. The large partially shaded yard and the salt water pool is the perfect place to relax after a long day at the beach. Shared only with the owners who are two busy adults who know how to give you privacy.

The rental is close to many great restaurants and there is a small well stocked grocery store within walking distance. There is no reason to fire up the car once you have arrived. We are three short blocks to marina, boardwalk and restaurants. Four blocks to ocean.

This is the ground floor dwelling of the house private, quiet and fun. There is a large screened patio with outdoor table for dining or just hanging out and enjoying the tropical landscaping that surrounds the property. The screened porch also makes life more comfortable for the four legged member of the family.

We do have cats on the premises - not in your area but it the fido gets excited by seeing one this might be an issue.

Charcoal grill handy just outside screened area. Smoking is permitted only in this area outside of screened porch.

Walking is always an option once you are on the island. We are close to shops, restaurants and THE BEACH and boardwalk! You will need a car to explore and grocery shop. Biking is a good option too.

How do damage deposits work?
