Stunning panoramic views abound from this charming cottage located on a beautiful private sand beach, you can swim and play right out your front door, explore woods and salt marshes, kayak tidal rivers, watch birds, identify anemones in the tide pools, indulge in beach novels, or rekindle that latent interest in watercolor painting or photograph.

Romantic Hideaway or Family Cottage: Drift to sleep with the murmuring of the surf and wake to a sunrise dancing across the water. Stay up late for spectacular starry skies and romantic moonlight sparkling on the sea. For lovers of all ages this special place to be away from it all with that special person in one of the most beautiful spots in Maine.

As guests in the small private community of Indian Point, you will enjoy full access to several other sandy beaches, miles of beautiful rocks, tide pools teeming with critters, a nature preserve, and even a boat launch on a sheltered bay.

Or make this your home base for a memorable Maine family vacation with beach days and explorations here at Indian Point interspersed with trips to the mainland for museums, shopping in Freeport, poking about the shops in Boothbay Harbor, a schooner trip, charter fishing, antiquing, concerts and exhibits.

During the summer months (July - September) we book weekly from Saturday to Saturday. Check-in time is 2 PM and checkout time is 10 AM.
