Secluded house with spectacular view is located just six meters from the pebble beach. We are so close to the sea that you can literally feed the fish from the terrace. This house is only one for rent in this area so you actually have the whole bay to enjoy. The place is isolated, very quiet and peaceful.Also you will not see any other tourists around so why accept anything less.Welcome to the unique house on the sea breeze, a special place for special people!!New, cozy, bright, fully equipped and modern apartment with spectacular view in a very special and unique location gives you the opportunity to spend a holiday that you deserve.Try life as it should be, simple and in harmony with nature, and soon you will realize how nice is life in this cove and breathing this amazing air.Special attention was paid to the large, high quality kitchen that is designed to meet the highest expectations in terms of practicality and usability, as well as large panoramic windows that will provide you amazing view of sea while you preparing your culinary specialties.Next to the house is a beautiful track (road) where in silence you can walk, run or ride a bike along the coast.This cove is specific in that it does not have extreme summer heat.Due to the specific terrain in this bay micro climate is very comfortable and the air is perfect.Almost every day around noon starts breeze bringing refreshment from the sea, carrying with it the negative ions and sea minerals, and overnight returns through the forest to the sea, carrying fresh oxygen from Mediterranean plants and maintaining the ideal temperature.This isolation gives you a special feeling, feeling like master of the bay, and once you're here, you're not easy to go.And what is even more interesting we are only 10 minutes away from the big supermarket with car.Who likes to observe the sky will be happy with extraordinary visibility of stars and the Milky Way, because this is officiallyconfirmed darkest position in Europe.By staying here, you help environmental protection because the house is completely energy independent.Also this is one of the safest places on earth, (no dangerous wild animals, no poison snakes, and no criminal, people here are usualy not locking the car).When you're on the terrace the sea that is below you and also because of a slight sea breeze in a face, really feel like you're on a boat.The interior of the apartment has been designed without strong and intensive tones in order to not disturb the natural harmony of blue sea and green forest that dominates outside and because of the large panoramic windows also dominates in the interior.The place is ideal for nature lovers. Mediterranean forest is all around and lot of birds singing every morning and evening.In the area there are plenty of trails for walking, hiking and biking, one of the pats leading to the archaeological site Kopila which is about 1500m from us. There is also a dock for boat at no charge.Private parking is next to house. For rent is second floor and because of the exclusivity of this apartment the rest of the house is not for rent. Apartment is built to the highest standards and provides a very pleasant stay.It has three bedrooms, one with a double bed, the second bedroom has a double bed with the possibility of separation, the third room has two single beds.Rooms are suitable for 6 person and two person can sleep on large extendable sofa with breathtaking view.
