Description

Villa Garda is a detached Victorian property set in tranquil grounds in Chelston close to the seafront and all other amenities are within walking distance including Torquay town centre, the train staion, coach staions, shops, the Princess Theatre and the Riviera Leisure centre. The beach is a few minutes walk from the property and it takes ten to fifteen minutes walk along the seafront into town and the harbour. This self catering apartment is on the first floor and consists of one double bedroom, lounge with freeview television and a sofa bed and dining table, a seperate fully equiped kitchen and shower room. Linen and towels provided. Hot water included with electric metre that guests will be required to run. There is off road parking and the suburb of Chelston has it's own pub, supermarket, post office and butchers.This family run property is a great base for visiting nearby seaside towns such as Paignton (4 miles), Teignmouth (4 miles), the fishing town of Brixham (7 miles), not forgetting the naval town of Plymouth (25 miles) and the Cathedral City of Exeter (18 miles).Pick ups from the train station and airport (Exeter 20 miles) are also available.

Check in is after 2pm on the day of arrival and check out is at 10 am on the day of departure. Keys can be collected and handed back from the owners on site at reception.
