Description

This gorgeous estate home is located in one of the most sought-after areas in Cape Coral called Peninsula Point. We are a 5 minute drive to the shopping, dining and entertainment opportunities Cape Harbor has to offer as well as that of Cape Coral and Fort Myers and Sanibel Island. Comfortable décor includes 3 full bedrooms (plus an extra room with Sofa Bed) and 4 bathrooms; wall-mounted flat screen TVs in all bedrooms; full gourmet kitchen with gas range and sub zero refrigerator and freezer; wine fridge, beer fridges, formal dining room; in- kitchen informal dining; and topped off by the out-of-this-world patio, pool and spa area! Additional amenities include a home gym and dry sauna that is not only equipped nicely but also offers the best views one could have while working out over the protected Florida mangroves. Close to Sanibel Island (30-minute drive, or less by boat); Naples (less than an hour by car) and 22 miles from the Fort Myers Airport (RSW). Punta Gorda airport is about 1 hour away.

The home is two levels and offers 3,800 square feet of living space with many more outdoor! Outdoor living also includes gas grille, searing grille, bar fridge and sink.

The dock has easy access for kayaks. We are a 5 minute kayak ride into the protected Mangroves which are across from our waterfront.

No pets please.
