This Exclusive for you, without any share, Fully furnished condo is located near Paulista ave and Downtown Sao Paulo City. The building is located at 900m from Aclimação Park, beautifull leasure place, with lake, swans, and a running track for persons. In the park, there is Playground for childrens, plus a soccer field, with matches every sunday ( free view). There are also shows every other sunday. The condo are located nearby public transportation access point. Takes 10 minutes to Paulista Ave. or downtown São Paulo, The condo is fully furnished with all you need for your stay. Two Fridges, dishwashing machine, electric cofee maker, microwave, natural propane stove,washing machine, blender, juicemaker and toast. Hair dryer, iron and iron board, Fans for room and living room. DVD, Cable tv and wifi available at no extra cost. 24 hours doorman security, intercom and fire extinguish every floor.

Acess to public transportation 50m from the building. Bus and metro integration, plus a taxi stop /park point. Food supermarket, restaurants, banks, mail office at 100m range.
