Description

A very popular two bedroomed bungalow apartment located on a small Urb know locally as Villotel.

The owners have carefully furnished the interior with quality pieces of furniture which reflect a welcoming Spanish style. For your comfort there is full air-conditioning and heaters to both bedrooms and in the main living area. The property comfortably accommodates 4 people, two in the master bedroom, two in the twin bedroom.

Villotel is a small residential community of apartments, bungalows and villas just 3km from

Moraira centre & beach. The communal pool is one of the largest in the area and ideal for fun or serious swimming. It's split allowing junior swimmers their own shallow pool. The pool bar is open from Spring to Autumn.

“The Perfect Pad”

We had a wonderful stay in Moraira Villotel. The standard of accommodation is exceptional and the apartment is situated in a lovely residential area - the perfect location to explore Moraira, Javea and the surrounding area. We could not fault the property. Everything is catered for and the apartment is furnished to a really high standard with a lovely outside terrace - the perfect place to relax! There is a great communal pool 2 mins walk from the property which we loved. Thanks Christine for providing such a great base to enjoy our holiday - the booking experience was excellent. We will definitely book again when we're next in the area.

“Home from Home”

I had been looking for an apartment in Moraria without success and nearly gave up only for Villotel to suddenly appear available. What a fortunate find ! This is very clean and quite spacious and decorated to a good standard with all the amenities for a comfortable stay. With the benefit of garage parking also. Much better than other apartments I had looked at. We had friends to stay and the apartment was excellent for four adults with having two bathrooms and equipped to accommodate this number of people. The apartment is well placed for Moraria and the surrounding areas. It became quite a home from home for us due to staying two months. The owners are very responsive and quick to answer any queries.

“Excellent accommodation!”

After much searching for places to stay in the Moraira area, my husband stumbled across this apartment, just before we were about to give up...and what a gem he found! Spacious, stylish, well equipped with everything you need to enjoy your holiday or a more ‘home from home’ experience, which was in our case as we stayed there for 6 weeks! Communication & information about everything was provided in a very professional but friendly way, which was very helpful. There were some welcoming touches too when we arrived. The apartment is in an excellent position if you have a car, but is a reasonable walk if you don’t. We did walk into town one day, plus there are a few restaurants/cafes/bars & supermarkets along the road outside the complex, that are walkable 10-20 minutes. But, you can get to so many other towns etc very easily. It’s a lovely area to explore, which was our reason for feint there. My favourite part of the apartment was a dressing table in the master bedroom with a power point, light, mirror & a window, so perfect, that alone is 10/10! And secondly, a fantastic & enormous rainforest shower in en suite! We would definitely rent again.
