Description
The house is located in a very quite and unique area just few steps from the very renomated Restaurant Chezz Guerdi – Fiat Playa and from the heart of the little village of Es Pujols. It is contoured by a small and very neat garden, completely fenced and protected, where you find a large (5mX10m) swimming pool with its wooden deck equipped with a lot of lounge chairs.
The house consists in a big living room and dining room, kitchen, large patio with a dining table for 10 with an oven for the BBQ, three bedrooms and a dependence.
All three bedrooms have air-conditioning and bathrooms en-suite, all with showers.
There is a fourth double bedroom in a small dependance in the garden with its separate bathroom and "open air" shower.
The roof terrace is suitable to have sunset aperitifs, looking towards the island of Ibiza.
The house is just perfect for all people who are looking for a relaxed vacation but not too far from the heart of Es Pujols' night life.
The price includes the supply of sheets and towels, weekly cleaning, water, electricity, wi-fi connection.
