Description

Little Home Farm is newly listed following total refurbishment, oozing country cottage charm it is nestled in the idyllic area of Walhampton with views from the upper floor over Lymington river valley and the town beyond. Think log burners, beamed ceilings, and original features which all combine to create a cosy home from home. The house is situated just 1/2 a mile from Lymington High Street on the main road to beautiful Beaulieu, with its famous Palace and Motor Museum.

Lot's to do...

There are many Cycle tracks in the area, as well as horse riding, sailing and of course beautiful local forest walks.

We are only half an hour from either Bournemouth with its beaches or Southampton and there is a good rail network to both.

Plenty of lovely forest villages to explore, such as Brockenhurst and Beaulieu with its famous Palace and motor Museum.

Lymington is surrounded by outstanding natural beauty; to the north are the ancient woodlands and heathlands of the New Forest, covering an area of about 145 square miles, and to the south, the Solent and the Isle of Wight, Wightlink operate a car ferry from Lymington to Yarmouth. The ferry is within walking distance from Little Home Farm making a day on the island ideal with or without a car.

“Perfect family home plenty of room for all + dog.”

Ideal location for Lymington we really came for walking along the beach enjoyed Barton on sea and Milford,Beaulei was very interesting unfortunately the weather was bad did not stop us but would have done a lot more had it been good. The welcome hamper on arriving was a lovely touch and very much appreciated by all. The only reason i would not recommend the cottage is the traffic noise. Also just one little complaint I brought dishwasher tabs with me but the disher washer needed salt and rinse aid the dishes were not coming out clean,apart from that it was a lovely place to stay.

How do damage deposits work?

If Tiffany (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
