Description
Spacious and cosy 3-stores villa (16-18 pers.) with a swimming pool and a beautiful panorama view to the sea in Albena and Balchik and the attractive Golden Fish area. The villa is perfect for your relaxed vacation or celebrations where you can gather several generations, friends or families under the same roof.
All rooms are big and bright, with big panorama windows to the sea, own bathrooms and good terraces. There are both interior and exterior stairs to the second floor and interior stairs to the third floor.
There is a big and fully equipped modern kitchen on the ground floor that is opened to the dining room and the big living room, from where you can go out to the covered terrace and the swimming pool in the front garden of the villa. There is also a bed room with a 1½ person bed and a single bed, big bathroom and a sunny terrace. The swimming pool is surrounded by a big terrace with umbrellas, lounges and sun chairs.
The second floor has four bed rooms. The master bed room has a beautiful view to the sea on both sides both from the panorama windows and the big terrace. There are two other bed rooms: one with 2 1½ persons beds and another one with a double bed. They have terrace, too, and their own bathrooms as well.
The ceiling is a huge apartment with a panoramic view to the sea, resort Albena and Balchic. There is a very spacious living room with a view to the sea on two sides, two bed rooms with sliding doors - one with two single beds and own bathroom, one with a double bed and a sleeping corner with a single bed. There is a bed sofa in the living room and a shared bath room with the second bed room. There is a tea kitchen in the living room, too.
Through another exterior stairs you come up to the biggest covered terrace with an opened fireplace and barbecue on the second floor and the separate studio with a kitchen, double bed, bed sofa for 2 and its own bathroom.
On the ground floor there is a big room with a fire place for dining in winter and for sport activities in summer.
There is space for 2-3 cars in the yard.
The villa is our old (89 years) father's building project and is keeping him going on. Unfortunately he is not able to finish everything according to modern standards and there are many unfinished details in the villa that might make it look "used" or not quite clean. The villa has been cleaned all the way through and very thoroughly. All installations are safe.
He is a very warm, nice and helpful person, but too old to update so , please, don't judge him and the villa too harsh - we are trying to keep him alive and try to accept what he is trying to do in the few years he has left - even though it means to accept him destroying the villa.
