Description

Elantine is our 3 Bedroom, 2 bathroom property, ideal for families, convenient for reaching Vouvant, (5 minutes drive), one of the most beautiful villages in France. Where there is a selection of shops including bars, cafes, restaurants, a boulangerie, a mini market, a post office, an estate agent, a pharmacy, doctors, gift shop, tourist office, and several art shops.

Mervent is also 5 minutes drive from us, where there is a Zoo, boat hire, cafes, bars and restaurants. The area is ideal for walking, cycling, horse riding, boating. The beaches, La Rochelle and other attractions are approximately within 1 hour from us.

Eglantine has it's own separate entrance and spacious parking. The owners lived nextdoor. Outside eating area which leads to the entrance through french doors into an open plan living area, with sofa, TV, wood burner, dining area, through to the kitchen. There is also a downstairs bedroom with French doors leading to the patio and wet room with sink and toilet, which is wheel chair friendly. Upstairs there is a further two bedrooms, one king size bed and bunks beds and the third bedroom has two single beds and a further shower room.

Outside there is a table and chairs and BBQ and secure parking for several cars which is private with this property. A gate leads through to a large communal 1 1/2 acre garden, with a 10m x 5m swimming pool, which is for use with this property. There is table tennis.

“Spacious retreat”

Spacious 3 bed accommodation with two shower rooms. Well equipped and outdoor patio too. The gardens and pool are lovely and there’s a feeling of space. A little road noise but not from the bedr… More
