2 bedroom 2 bath condo located on the second floor. Condo has newer furnishings a 47" Flat Screen in the Living Room, 40" Flat Screen in the Master Bedroom and a 28" Flat Screen in the 2nd Bedroom. All TVs are internet connected smart TVs. Washers and dryers located are located in the building. Unit is a 15 minute drive to Siesta Key Beach!!!!!! Complex has 2 heated swimming pools, club room, tennis court and a small workout room.
Minimum 3 month rental for winter season...get 2 Coastal Swagger Caps, a $50 value.
Discount applied to reservations 6 months or more in advance. Reservations require full payment. 2 Month Minimum.
Sorry no pets are allowed in the complex.
