Description
Fabulous three bedroom two bath Condominium at Anastasia Island. Price quoted includes all utilities, laundry facility, and cable. Complex built in 2004 offers a unit that is steps to the ocean, across from Anastasia Island fishing pier. Rental quoted is for 7 days and discounts given for extended stay.Additional Days at $250. per day. This complex offers a great swimming pool and wonderful ocean breezes. No pets or smoking allowed in complex. Call for details and available weeks. Rental subject to Florida Sales 10% tax and a one time charge for cleaning of $125.00. Condo must be cleaned once minimum in a two week stay. Security deposit is $400.00 that will be returned after inspection. Loud parties are direct violation of condo rules. Rental deposit is 500 per week. Multiple week rentals require additional deposit.
Unit includes washer and dryer facilities. Cancellation and property protection insurance is optional. WIFI internet, utilities, parkimg, local phone service and 800 call free is charged $60. per week. NO GUEST COUNT OVER 6. STRICTLY MONITORED BY MANAGEMENT. Rentals are based on a seven day minimum rental. No rates are available under seven day rent.
AGE RESTRICTION- Renters must be 25 years of age or older.
Children and guests under 25 must be accompanied by adult. Time of arrival is 4:00 P.M. and time of departure is 10:00 A.M. Six hour turn over necessary for thorough cleaning. No Early arrivals.

Response from the owner Patio shell table was located in twin room. Previous guest moved table because of possible damage from high windstorm. Television and reception are provided by xfinity. Picture ,television and quality can be observed on picture page.
