Description

The urbanization where this house is located is called "Recidencial Europe" and belongs to the town of Torrevieja. All amenities are within walking distance including supermarkets, cozy restaurants, not to mention the beautifully landscaped promenade.

The town of Torrevieja is a large coastal town about a half hour drive from Alicante Airport. At one of the many terraces you can enjoy the sun while you enjoy a typical Spanish "tapas". In the summer season there is always a big fair at the marina in the evening. Torrevieja is famous for its nightlife so you will find pleasantly busy streets until late hours. During the day you can go to one of the beautiful sandy beaches of the "Costa Blanca".

Near the house is a sprawling aqua park with giant slides and water fun for young and old. This is only open seasonally. Furthermore, there is plenty to do and see in the surrounding area so you definitely do not get bored. You can dive, tennis, swimming, water jet or enjoy a game of golf.

As previously mentioned the house in the urbanization "Recidencial Europe". The house number is 63. You enter the house via a staircase in the garden. There are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. In one of the rooms is a double bed and the other room has 2 single beds available. There is a cozy living room with an open kitchen. Through the kitchen you enter the utility room with the washing machine. There is also access to the roof terrace where you can lie in the sun. The living room also has a TV (with Dutch channels). At the front is a balcony with stairs to the garden. Here you will find a spacious terrace to enjoy the stay. The house has air conditioning (cooling and heating) in the living room and the two bedrooms. Around the corner is the swimming pool with a separate children's area.

Staying longer in winter: € 750,00 per month (from 8 weeks and longer).

Mandatory costs:

- Refundable Deposit: € 200,00

- Cleaning: € 65,00

- For a stay shorter than 5 nights we apply a one-off surcharge of € 40,00 per stay (to pay at check-in)

- If you wish an early check-in we apply a one-off surcharge of € 40,00 per stay (to pay at check-in)

- If you wish a late check-out we apply a one-off surcharge of € 40,00 per stay (to pay at check-in)

Cancellation fees:
