Atlantic Seaview,14A Heathmount Portstewart holiday cottage / self-catering 3 bed holiday home with uninterrupted panoramic sea views which include Portstewart, Castlerock, Downhill and Benone beaches and sunsets over Donegal / Atlantic Ocean. The property is in a central location being only 3 mins walk to promenade, but yet in a quiet setting with off-street parking. It is a 3 bedroom furnished house comprising lounge, dining/snug (wood burner), kitchen, bathroom (electrically powered over bath shower) and 3 double bedrooms (one ensuite with electrically powered shower, WC and WHB). Rear dry store. (All reception rooms including main bathroom are on ground floor - bedrooms are on first floor.). Disabled access - ambulant access to the ground floor. Includes 40” smart TV in both reception rooms, free high speed wireless wifi, oil central heating, fridge/freezer, dish washer, washing machine, cooker, microwave, bed linen, and reasonable use of electricity. (Please note that one hand towel is provided at each WHB and kitchen - additional towels can be provided) No smoking or pets please. Booking deposit / holding deposit of £240.00 is managed and refunded by Holiday Lettings and is based on house left generally as found. (Please note, during the July / August months, bookings are on a weekly basis only - Saturday to Saturday only. Property is convenient to public transportation.(bus stops)

“Disappointed”
Whilst we had a lovely stay in Ireland I’m afraid to say that this property was really disappointing. It needed renovating, updating and repairing. It was not characterful and charming it was struggling with damp, overuse and disrepair. The property had not been brought up to standard and was therefore very over priced in comparison to other similar rentals in the area. There were porous cork tiles on the bathroom floor which clearly smelt, sellotape around windows for draft prevention, drawer fronts falling off on first use, unfinished MDF for all cupboards so clothes were left with a wood dust residue, stained walls and carpets, really very old towels and dated decor. Holidays are precious and ours was very long awaited, we were truly deflated and saddened to be staying there.

“Perfect accommodation in an ideal location with fantastic views.”
The cottage had everything we could have hoped for.Three good sized bedrooms with one en suite.Well appointed Kitchen and dining area. Lounge and front conservatory seating with very good comfortable furniture and the most glorious views.All four of us enjoyed every minute and given the opportunity we will definitely be back.
