Apartment in a great residential area in La Zenia - Orihuela Costa - Costa Blanca, close to all amenities, shops at 100 m, only 800 meters beach, Golf Vilamartin 3 km from Alicante Airport is a 50 km.Quartier residential apartment consisting of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room and kitchen, the apartment is air conditioned, cabled (CanalSat - TNT FR - UK- Ned- BE - Sp ...) and WiFi is also available.

The apartment is for 4 persons is located on the ground floor with a garden. You can enjoy a beautiful pool, Jacuzzi, all surrounded by beautiful greenery and a parking space located under the building.

“Modern clean apartment in a good location”

The apartment is in a great location across from La Zenia Boulvard, it was cool, clean and safe. We were there part of a big group for a wedding several others friends had other apartments in the same complex, I booked Rachid's apartment as I felt comfortable booking through this secure website with regular communication, others had to book with another firm doing so via bank transfers and no back up. I say safe because we had friends in a neighbouring complex where 6 apartments were broken into, this apartment had additional safety bars and gates as well as an alarm preventing any of this. There was also a taxi rank just outside to go to other areas such as Villamartin or Cabo Roig for just a few euro's The pool area is very clean and relaxing but there are no beds within the pool area and we were usure if we could carry over the sun loungers provided in the villa as no one else had done this. All in all we would definetly go back and Rachid was very responsive
