Description
New fully furnished apartment in Podgorica peacefully situated on the bank of Moraca river in the New City. Consists out of an open space living room, fully fitted kitchen with dining room, bathroom and 2 French balconies. It’s very cosy, sunny, immaculately clean and tidy. Located just couple of minutes walking distance from the City Centre. Apartment is on the 2nd floor out of 6 with a view on Morača river.
The building has sophisticated systems against fire, 24h security cameras, emergency and sensor lights, modern lift, electronic key to enter the building… High security underground garage with a lift to the apartment, with security cameras, sensor lights etc. To enter to the garage the guest will get a card for the ramp, the beeper for the gate with sensors and the code for the intercom. Please note that the garage has to be reserved in advance.
Several commercials are filmed in our apartments, one of them is Projekat 1000+ stanova the project of the Government of Montenegro and Development Bank of the Council of Europe.
Except this apartment we have other apartments in the same building and many others in Podgorica on the best location Preko Morače and the City Center. Apartments can be rented for short or long term.

Response from the owner We are pleased that you were satisfied with our apartment except a few things. I am sorry to hear that you didn’t meet our own high standards. Thanks to your feedback, we’ve created a housekeeping checklist so we can be sure to cover all of the spots we sometimes maybe miss. I am sorry because you didn't call me to let me know about any problem. I’ve told you when you arrived that you can call me at any time if you need something. I just want to point that we had a kettle in the apartment and a microwave in the other apartment, also before you came I suggested you one of the other 3 apartments in the building and also when you came I showed you other apartment in the same building with the French bed but you wanted the one you booked. We will be pleased to welcome you again in the future in one of our apartments.
