Description

Experience your perfect dream vacation in this beautiful villa with almost 250 sqm living area. The Flamingo Island is located directly at the Caloosahatchee River With a boat you can reach in just a few minutes the Gulf of Mexico, where you can watch dolphins or manatees directly from the boat (boat is not included - we don't have a boat).

The 4 bedroom and 3 bathroom house is beautiful furnished and has a very large and open living- dining- and kitchen area with high ceilings.

The sunny pool area with large terrace and generous, heated swimming pool offers a magnificent view to the River. Enjoy the evening sunset with a drink on the terrace by the pool or, alternatively, on the separate barbecue terrace. Better can be a relaxing holiday not be!

There is a large flat screen TV, WIFI throughout the house with fast internet connection and a stereo system with radio and CD player. In addition, there are all kinds, high quality kitchen equipment and machines (among others coffee machine, coffee grinder, toaster, blender, etc.) and dish washer, washer and dryer.

The boat lift is not available because of the damages from hurricane Ian.

We charge $0.15 / kwh for the used electricity. The average consumption is about $10.00/day

We provide the guest with a basic set of consumables such as 2 toilet paper rolls in each bathroom, 1 garbage bag in in each garbage can plus 2 extra, 1 kitchen paper roll, some detergent and 2 dishwasher tabs. In addition, the guest has to take care of himself. We do not provide a full propane tank for the grill.

Addition to the cancellation policy:

Since a cancellation is always associated with a lot of work and other interested parties switch to other providers due to the blocked house, we charge a processing fee of $ 100.00 for every cancellation.

We encourage all Guests to purchase travel insurance!

Response from the manager Thats not true - I told her that I will refund the money when I received the down payment from the new renter. because the agreement in just active with a payment. After we have received the deposit of the new guest, she has received the refund immediately.

Response from the manager The house was in a very bad condition when these guests left. They told us about a broken water hose at the check-out. Dishes where not cleaned, garbage all over the place, all towels used and extremely dirty, all beddings dirty. We took a lot of pictures and snt them to the guests to explain the situation - no answer. The neighbors where not very happy because our guests had party all night long. Never again these guests.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
