Description
Ce magnifique chalet restauré dans le style savoyard, à la lisière des sapins et des mélèzes, peut être loué à chaque période de l'année, pour 20-22 personnes.
Il est à 30mn de Tignes et Val d'Isère (Espace Killy), à 15mn des Arcs- la Plagne (par Villaroger) (Paradiski), à 15mn de Ste Foy Tarentaise et à 5-10mn de la Rosière, station familiale avec un immense domaine skiable commun avec la Thuile en Italie.
Le parking est privé au chalet. Il y a aussi un parking municipal proche.
Il y a un local à ski, sauna (en +), jardin, BBQ, télévision (TNT), chaine HIFI, DVD, internet WIFI, four + micro-onde, congélateur, frigo américain, cuisinière Godin, lave- vaisselle, lave et sèche- linge. Chauffage au sol et radiateurs dans les chambres.
Le chalet est exposé plein sud, avec une vue panoramique, et de magnifiques couchers de soleil.
Pour les bébés :1 Lit parapluie et 2 chaises haute.
Grand séjour de 100m2 avec cheminée centrale.
Le chalet peut être séparé en 2 duplex de 3 et 4 chambres, (uniquement les semaines et en inter-saison, soit mai, juin, septembre, octobre et novembre).
L'un (170m2) de 9-10 personnes avec le grand séjour, la cheminée centrale, la mezzanine et un grand balcon. 3 chambres, 2 s de bain, 3 wc.
L'autre (170m2) de 11-12 personnes.4 chambres, 2 s de bain, 2 wc.
Possibilité de louer au week end (hors vacances scolaires).
Le chalet est très calme,parfois, le matin des biches viennent devant le chalet.

Response from the owner Merci pour votre commentaire. Je vais acheter un répéteur wifi. Pour les draps, on peut aussi les louer à Bourg St Maurice pour un prix très raisonnable. A une autre fois, avec plaisir!
