Description
The 70 sqm Loft with the elegant decoration focused on every detail promises a high quality stay. The magnificent view of Athens and Imittos hill – a natural gift of the location of the house - is enjoyable from both; the inside of the loft and the large balcony full of flowers. You can admire a marvelous sunrise or a full moon night from the couch or the bed while reading a book or having a meal.
The Loft is recently renovated and equipped with all the amenities: Tastefully selected furnishing, large and comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen for you to prepare your meals, TV set, air conditioning, ironing board, hairdryer, free Wi-Fi, elevator and free parking place. During cold winter evenings enjoy our large selection of books next to the cosy fireplace. Fresh linen and towels are provided.
We will personally welcome you at the apartment and we will be at your service during your stay.
We will also be happy to provide information about your vacation (such as places worth to visit, museums, restaurants or bars) in order to avoid tourist traps, interact with the locals and make your stay here more interesting.
The Loft is ideally located in one of the safest neighborhoods of Athens next to the Music Hall (Megaron Mousikis), the American embassy and just one step from Mavili Square, one of the hippest spots of the city full of trendy bars, pubs and coffee shops. You can easily reach Kolonaki, the most chic shopping area of Athens with all high quality restaurants and fashion houses, within a 15 minute walking distance as well as Lycabetus Hill for a relaxing walk or even jogging. In our lively but quiet neighborhood you can find everything you need: Supermarkets, grocery shops, bakeries, hairdressers, dry cleaning facilities and restaurants.
Acropolis, Plaka, Syntagma square, Monastiraki market, Psiri neighborhood, Keramikos and all other spots of touristic interest can be easily reached in few minutes by metro, bus or on foot. Taxis are also available 24/h just outside the house.
Due to the central location of the apartment, a variety of public transportation possibilities is available and the metro station ''Megaro Mousikis'' is in a four minute walking distance and offers direct connection to all important spots of the city, to Piraeus Port and to the airport. However, private transportation service to and from the airport is also provided on demand. Distance from/to the airport is 30-40 minutes (either by taxi or public transportation).
Although there is a large double bed, we can provide two separate single beds in order to accomodate either a couple or two friends. A third person can be accomodated to our extra sofa bed.
