Description
This unit is very small. Do not get your hopes high :-), you did not find a miracle on Westwood. But you can't beat this price in this highly coveted, and expensive housing area of Westside LA, near UCLA (less than 1mile to UCLA).
This would be perfect for a traveler or a UCLA student, on a tight budget, and a low expectation :-)
This is part of a little shopping center, and the entry to this unit is from the alley (you can not enter the unit from the shopping center). There is a locksmith at the most southerly corner of the shopping center intersecting the public alley. The entry door to the unit is 150 feet west of the Lock smith, along the alley.
The alley is well lit at night, with high powered halogen lights.
A small 2 story studio loft unit, with small bedroom (loft) on 2nd level.
Downstairs, small living area, small kitchenette, wireless internet.
Unit is part of a commercial property. It's entry is from the alley, next to the locksmith's alley entry.
There is no assigned parking, and you may not park in the shopping center, sorry. There is, however, ample street metered parking from 8am to 8pm, and free, from 8pm to 8am.
The entry lock opens with a digital code. The code and full instructions to check yourself in will be emailed to you, one day before your arrival, for security purposes.
New furniture, bed with fresh clean linen, blanket, pillow. Toiletries, hair dryer, toaster, coffee maker, soap shampoo is supplied.
Non emergency repair requests during off hours will be attended to on the 1st business day, thereafter.
