Description
La Country House Il Biroccio è una struttura nata nel 2003 dopo un'attenta ristrutturazione di un vecchio casale situato a 15 km dal centro storico di Urbino (Città Patrimonio dell'UNESCO). Territorio selvaggio, colline e campi coltivati a perdita d'occhio permettono agli ospiti un soggiorno di assoluto relax e una totale immersione nella natura. Non si vedono strade nè macchine, non c'è smog e non si sentono rumori, il centro abitato più vicino dista 6 km.
La country house ospita 7 appartamenti di varie metrature. A disposizione degli ospiti la piscina panoramica, tanto spazio esterno e il barbecue a disposizione degli ospiti.
La piscina è in condivisione con gli altri ospiti della struttura, non si accettano persone esterne.
In questa struttura la tranquillità regna sovrana, vi garantiamo un relax assoluto, stellate e tramonti indimenticabilli!

L'appartamento CINGHIALE è un bilocale adatto ad una coppia oppure ad una famiglia con non più di 2 figli. Si trova nel Casale principale ma l'entrata è indipendente ed è composto da: camera da letto, bagno, zona giorno con angolo cottura (attrezzato per cucinare), tavolo, sedie, credenza e divano letto matrimoniale (per i figli), in più vi è uno spazio esterno privato, attrezzato con tavolo e sedie, ombreggiato, panoramico e recintato.
Si accettano cani di tutte le taglie e non ci sono discriminazioni di razza.
La struttura dista 15 km dal centro storico di Urbino, per raggiungerla è' indispendabile essere in possesso in un mezzo di trasporto proprio.
Nel periodo di altra stazione si richiede una prenotazione minima di 7 notti da sabato a sabato.
Il supermercato più vicino dista 10 km si consiglia di fare la spesa prima di arrivare a destinazione.
Capita che si organizzino delle cene.
Per raggiungere la struttura si deve percorrere una strada di campagna di 1,5 km.
