Description
This wonderful, detached barn conversion is set in the village of Doddington near Lincoln and can sleep sixteen people in eight bedrooms.
Amenities: Oil underfloor heating on ground floor with radiators on first floor. Rangemaster cooker with electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher. 3 x TVs with Freeview, DVD, radio, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair. Ample off-road parking. Wrap around gardens and three patios with furniture, BBQ and hot tub. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 2.2 miles, pub 1.9 miles. Note: There is a fenced brook near the property, children to be supervised. Note: Guests are requested to vacate the hot tub by 11pm. Note: The owner requires a £200 Good House Keeping Bond to be paid in cash on arrival. Note: This property cannot accept a Sunday check in. Note: No group bookings under the age of 25. Note: November 2021 - the hot tub is not working at the moment any may not be available for November/December 2021 bookings

Town: The city of Lincoln has a plethora of sites to explore, making it a perfect vacation destination. Its majestic hill-top mediaeval church not only has outstanding architecture, but it was also used as a film location for both The Da Vinci Code and Young Victoria's crowning scenes. Explore the walls of Lincoln Castle and climb the tower for panoramic views of the city. In the summer, the castle grounds host an open-air theatre, pop and rock concerts, and re-enactment weekends. Lincoln's Magna Carta is also housed in the castle. Lincoln boasts fantastic shopping, including the famed Christmas Market in early December, with quaint and quirky independent shops in the cathedral neighbourhood. There are various aviation attractions in the area, ranging from World War II museums to modern airfields including the International Bomber Command Centre. The Red Arrows and the Dambusters Inn and Heritage Centre are both located in nearby Waddington. Doddington Hall, Whisby Nature Park, Hartsholme Country Park, Lincolnshire's transport museum, and Woodside Wildlife and Falconry Park are also nearby, making Lincoln an ideal family excursion.
