Recent review says our king mattress is old, THIS IS NOT CORRECT!! The king mattress and boxspring were purchased in April 2017 and is a higher end mattress. It is in very good condition and we have never heard a complaint from a renter. Also the family room sofa and 2 chairs were purchased in April 2019 and are higher end.This condo is directly on the beach, a 2nd floor unit, faces the ocean/beach and is located in a 33 unit complex that is very well maintained and quiet. This beachfront unit has 2 bedroom & 2 full bathrooms with spectacular views up and down the beach. Very well kept and updated condo. One hour to Disney Theme parks, Universal & Sea World. Half hour to Kennedy Space Center and within minutes from downtown Cocoa Beach and Port Canaveral. Close to shopping and many restaurants.

There is a nice size kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher, range and microwave. The kitchen is equipped with dishes, silverware, glasses, pots and pans etc... There is a flat screen cable TV in the family room along with a VCR, DVD and stereo. There is also a cable flat screen TV in the master bedroom.

The master bedroom has a King size bed and the second bedroom has bunk bed with full size bed on the bottom and twin on top, along with another twin bed. There is a full size washer and dryer. The unit is fully furnished. In addition there are linens, beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, and beach umbrella.

How do damage deposits work?
