Description

This nice and quiet holiday apartment is located in the green hills of Sveti Vlas. From the nice terrace and the small garden with its lawn one has a splendid view of the Black Sea and the historical town of Nessebar. The distance to the nearest beach is 1,5km, famous Sunny Beach it about 2,0 km away.

The access road is not paved but road conditions are fine. Getting there by car is easy and there is sufficient parking space right at the building. From the closest bus stop (400 m away) one can directly get to Sunny Beach. The heart of Sveti Vlas with many shopping facilities and restaurants is only 1.5 km away. It is 3.5 km to the vibrant heart of Sunny Beach with its bars, discotheques and restaurants. The distance to Bourgas Airport is approx. 30 km.

The apartment has air-condition, two bedrooms (with 2 beds each), a small kitchenette with fridge and stove and a bathroom with shower and WC.

“Nice and quiet place in the hills above the sea. A very hospitable experience.”

I went to this place last summer with my wife and our 2 little girls. We stayed for one week in July, which is very hot on the coast. So we were happy that the apartment is in the hills above the sea where there is a constant breeze coming from the mountains. The place is a 8-apartment building with a fenced property. Our apartment was on the ground floor, so we had (together with a second apartment) access to the garden. The garden has lawn, so small kids can play there. The host (Sonja) is a very nice lady and a great host. She is a very good resource for getting around in the area; we prefer "off the beaten track" places to eat and swim and she either had such recommendations or asked others who know. She also arranged the pick-up and drop-off at Burgas Airport (which is done by the janitor of the apartments who only speaks very little English). The place is very clean and nice, the house is maybe 5-6 years old or so. There is parking space right in front of the house. A supermarket is 200m down the road. What you should be aware of: the last 200m (from the main road up to the house) are not paved. Access by car is no problem, but your shoes get dusty when walking. Other thing: they provide internet via a surfstick free of charge - but its a surfstick only (which is a problem with smartphones). In the area there are many restaurants (in the heart of "Sventi Vlas" - which is ca. 1,5 km away, or in Sunny beach, which is maybe some 2-3 km away). We preferred going to historic Nesebar (peninsula South of Sunny Beach) instead. You can take the bus there (busstop ca. 300m away). For swimming with kids most go to Sunny Beach (= very crammed). We preferred a nice beach further away (I think it is called "Ropotamo" or so). It was one of the recommendations by our host.
