Description
Fiordaliso is a spacious apartment divided over two floors in a newly constructed residence . The apartment is very accurately and charmingly furnished with precious natural materials and lots of wood that conveys all of the warmth of a traditional mountain style living.
The 80 m2 apartment divided over two floors and can accommodate up to four people. The main floor consists of the entrance, living room with dining and sitting area, fireplace, TV, video recorder, radio and internet connection. The corner kitchen contains a fridge with a small freezer, small dishwasher, induction plate with 4 zones, microwave, and oven. One double bedroom with bathroom/shower. The main floor also has two furnished balconies that are positioned to catch sunshine from morning to evening.
The upper floor has two single beds in a secluded, private open area with an additional bathroom, sink WC and bidet. The residence is next to the Cristallo Hotel and only a five minute walk to the city centre.

The owners , living near Como, often spend their holidays or weekends in the apartment and it's furnishings and extras, such as large closets, combination washer/dryer, and beautiful wooden staircase do not go un-noticed. There are great views from every window in the apartment and balconies over the surrounding mountains.
