Description
Splendid newly built villa couched in a wonderful Mediterranean garden of 15,000 square metres. Its location in one of the most untamed and uncontaminated areas of the island is enchanting. Favignana is one of three islands which make up the Egadi Islands in the Sicilian Archipelago.
The house, which comprises two separate living quarters that can be used independently or as a whole, is perfectly integrated in the landscape. The home is designed in a contemporary 'isolano' style and constructed with local materials such as sandstone which is reminiscent of the tophus quarries that dot the coastline.
The external shared living quarters are made up of sundecks and sitting areas with a large dining zone positioned between the two suites under a covered wood pergola. The house has two completely separate terraces offering magnificent views of Erice, Trapani and Marsala: ideal for an evening aperitif or massage.
The apartment is equipped for absolute comfort with under floor heating and fireplaces giving guests the opportunity to visit the Villa throughout the year.
Suite A comprises a master bedroom with large en suite bathroom equipped with a bath and shower, a sitting room and dining area and a fully equipped, spacious kitchen.
Strategically located between two of the most beautiful beaches on Favignana: just 5 minutes from Cala Azzurra and 10 minutes from Cala Rossa by bicycle. The Villa is located 300 metres from the coast, with an uninterrupted view of the sea and beautiful countryside.

“Villa fantastica”
La villa non rende in foto, di presenza molto più bella. È un paradiso con una vista mozzafiato. La quiete regna sovrana. L’host Giacomo credo che sia una delle persone più gentili che abbia mai conosciuto, sempre disponibile a darci consigli preziosi per visitare l’isola. A presto.

Le foto del sito non possono rendere appieno la bellezza di questa villa. Arredi di design, servizi comodi ed efficienti, prato all'inglese, piante aromatiche e file di ulivi. Tutto questo viene vissuto con qualcosa in più. Sono i consigli e le dritte del signor Giacomo, una splendida persona del luogo che con la sua presenza discreta e molto professionale aiuta gli ospiti a trascorrere una vacanza super!

“Vacanza meravigliosa”
Abbiamo trascorso qui una settimana con i nostri due bimbi (1 e 4 anni) in totale relax e godendoci l'isola in uno dei migliori periodi dell'anno sia per il clima (caldo ma non troppo) sia per la fruibilità di attrezzature e servizi (c'erano sì molti turisti ma senza sovraffollamento). La struttura è perfetta per una vacanza rilassante, soprattutto per la splendida location e il bellissimo e grandissimo giardino (con piscina e barbecue) a nostr completa disposizione, ma anche per la costante assistenza e cura garantita dal signor Giacomo, sempre attento alle nostre esigenze e richieste. Inconvenienti tipici della vita in campagna (specie gli insetti ospiti fissi di alcune parti della casa) non alterano l'ottimo giudizio che ci sentiamo di dare su CasaFaro, che anzi consigliamo vivamente a tutti!
