A 3-storey town house in Dorset, with views over Poole Park within the Poole Harbour area, with a public slipway for jet ski's & boats. Wi-Fi. Pet friendly. Sleeps 11. 4 bedrooms/ 1 shower room /1 bathroom/ 1 cloakroom. The ground floor comprises cloakroom and separate shower room. Bedroom 3: 1 x double bed, 1 x single bed, overlooking the garden. A utility area accesses onto a patio garden, with outside dining furniture and gas BBQ for those al fresco moments. Bedroom 4: 2 x single beds (garage conversion). The first floor offers open plan accommodation with a well equipped kitchen, dining area with table and chairs and a lounge area with plenty of seating. A small balcony leads off the lounge with bistro furniture and offers views over Poole Park and Harbour. The top floor comprises Bedroom 1: 1 x double bed, Bedroom 2: 1 x double bed and 1 x adult size bunk bed. The family bathroom is also located on this floor. This pet friendly town house is located just a short walk to Poole’s historic quayside with its numerous bars, pubs and eateries and where you can book boat and fishing trips. Available for weekend breaks, short breaks, family functions, week-long holidays, corporate training, entertaining and much more. “Perfect location for a lovely house”

Ideal location to walk up to Poole Quay, beaches a short drive away. Family friendly, plenty of beds, plenty of space and clean.

How do damage deposits work?
