Il est proche de toutes commodités : arrêt de bus devant la résidence à 3 min. à pieds, à 4 min. à pieds de la gare, à 5 min. du bord du lac. Nettoyage final par dame de ménage compris.

Fantastic view of the lake and mountains. Very calm location. Spacious apartment (68 m2) in Clarens-Montreux, newly renovated on the 6th floor of a residence. Fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with bathtub and separate toilet, large living room with dining area. Large balcony (9 m2) with a direct view of Lake Geneva. Cable TV, high-speed Wi-Fi internet. Bus stop to the center of Montreux or Vevey is located on the main street (3 min walk). The lake is only a 5-minute walk away, and the center of Montreux is only a 20-minute walk away. Elevator. Included in the price is a cleaning service once a week and final cleaning.
