The development is a secure and friendly complex with stunning communal pool area, this apartment is only 2 minutes walk from the blue flag beaches of Cabo Roig of which houses its very own Marina.

The Duplex comes complete with a good-sized lounge/diner; leading from the lounge is a southeast facing sun terrace and a roof top solarium with superb sea views. The American style open planned modern fitted kitchen comes with all the appliances you will need, The apartment consists of 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom both with integral wardrobe space, both bathrooms are fully tiled and come well equipped. The main living quarters comes with ample space and a good sized 4 seated and 1-seated sofa, air conditioning, satellite TV, Wi-Fi Internet, perfect for families wanting a central location and within easy reach of the beach.
