Enjoy your own completely private access to the beach, gorgeous views of the ocean from the living room and two bedrooms, and an oceanfront patio with comfortable outdoor furniture and a large outdoor dining table.

This house is perfect for people who prefer having their own beach home rather than stay at a small condo in a crowded building. It is like having a part of the beach all to yourself! It works great for family vacations, long winter getaways and family or friends reunions.

Located in a quiet area a few blocks south of downtown Cocoa Beach, the house features a spacious living room, large kitchen with granite counter tops and all stainless steel appliances, private access to the beach, two bedrooms with direct ocean view and one bedroom with courtyard view, large HDTV with Blu-Ray, DVD, and cable TV. The comfortable master suite features a jacuzzi hot tub and a separate shower. Also enjoy the convenience of a private driveway and 2-car garage.
