The apartment is located on the ground floor of a typical chalet Savoyarde . Is comfortably furnished in a warm wood and quality fittings, parquet floor and boiserie, fully equipped for 4/5 people, with a spacious living room, open kitchen facing the terrace and private garden of 100 sq.mt,ideal for a relaxed stay.
This elegant retrait in composed by entrance- dressing room with fitted wardrobes acceding to a large living room with a balcony door to access to the garden, overlooking the Mount Blanc chain, and south –east oriented. Other two large windows both with an exceptional view of the Aiguille du Midi and the Glacier de Bosson.
A nice kitchen corner with all the electrical equipment (combi hoven, toaster, pierrade grill, mixer, shaker, squeezer, dishwasher) porcelain dishes, and service sets for 8.
The characteristic dining table is a piece of the XVI century restored, and many paintings are from well known international artists
In the living area you can have a sofa bed, a sofa couch for 3 and a chair, a large LCD TV with DVD player and Home Cinema.
A corner for 6 people with coaches in face of an electric fire place, soft lights and warm carpets, for a really comfortable atmosphere.
Available the WIFI connection for up to 4 PC, rechargeable, and the washing machine with iron and board in a practical closet.
The two bedrooms are in the downstairs level, each one with window. For the two double beds in savoyarde style, there are blankets and cover for any need, closets and wardrobe.
The apartment is accessible by the car park with only few steps and you can stay just in front of the main door for load your things.. There is a ski deposit at the garage level, but there are also a large closet where you ca find the cleaning stuff, vacuum and outdoor decorative lights, with access from the garden.
This Ski area of Les Houches is only 5 minute by bus, and the bus stop is just down the street at the corner. Otherwise you can go in the opposite direction in 10 min. getting Chamonix ski areas to the Brevent, the Aiguille du midi, Le Tour, Les Grand Montets up to 3.200 mt sl. At Gaillands lake you can climb and trek, or arrive by bike through a nice and reserved road.
And with the local confortable train from Les Houches station you can arrive in Martigny, Switzerland.
The Mont Blanc tunnel gives access to Italy in less than 25 minutes with Courmayeur, the Aosta valley and the fantastic Italian food ! Geneva airport is a 55 minute drive, making it easily accessible for short as well as longer stays
There are some carachteristics and famous restaurants within easy walking distance also in Les Houches if you don't want to move around.
There is a supermarket just 50 mt from the house and everithings is well connected by public transport, so you probably don't need a car during your stay.
Rental prices including linen, towels, acessories, utilities. Electric energy is included up to a quote ( see rule on the letting agreement). A Security Deposit refundable after the check out is required.
