Villa Paradiso is located in Conca dei Marini, one of the pearls of the Amalfi Coast, and painted with the typical Mediterranean colours of the dark green of thick vegetation and the yellow of the famous local lemons.
It boasts wonderful views over the Gulf of Salerno and is only four km away from Amalfi.

Villa Paradiso is located in Conca dei Marini, one of the pearls of the Amalfi Coast, and painted with the typical Mediterranean colors of the dark green of thick vegetation and the yellow of the famous local lemons.
From the main road where you can park the car, about 90 steps take you to the entrance of the bifamiliar property. From the terraces you will be fascinated by the perfect union between sky and sea, in an extraordinary harmony of blue tones.
The villa is composed of two levels and is surrounded by terraces and gardens.
The lower level is made up of:
A well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, oven, toaster
A bathroom (with no shower)
A lovely combined living/dining room that overlook the terrace furnished with a table and chairs
The upper level is reachable trough the internal and the outdoor garden stair is made up of:
A double bedroom with a window overlooking the sea;
A double bedroom (singles beds on request) with a window overlooking the sea;
A double bedroom (singles beds on request);
A bedroom with two single beds;
A bathroom with shower;
A bathroom with bath;
From the same upper floor, you can reach another terrace with gardens, as well as a third outside terrace (the terraces are next to another property).
The beaches are located at 1,5 km far away from the house. Notice that on the Amalfi Coast there are many up hills. There is a beach that has a shuttle service that is included in the price of the entrance. Check in is from 3.00pm to 8.00pm. For arrivals after 8.00pm until 9.00pm there is an extra charge of EUR 50.00; no arrivals will be accepted after 9.00pm. Those who arrive after 9.00pm will need to check in the following day.
Sunday check in: A surcharge of EUR 50 applies for Sunday arrivals. The check in time has to be agreed and has to be between 4pm to 7pm All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property
The approximate arrival time, way of arrival (by air and/or using a car or public transportation) including flight or train details and contact number needs to be communicated to us by email at least a week before the arrival. This will help us arrange a meeting that addresses all your needs and questions. In case you are delayed, please give us a telephone call to advise the estimated time of arrival.
Parking on the street available in the blue line that is payable but the owner has included it for you so at your arrival you will get a card to give back at your departure. In case clients lose the card there would be a fine to be paid of € 300,00 to replace a new card
ANTS: In our area ants are common and they are ready to come out and above all in the houses with gardens and in warm weather so please make sure to keep the apartment clean. If you need some help to kill them, we suggest you to use some products that you find in the furniture under the sink and please in case you have children be careful on its use.
In front of Villa Paradiso, there is a large terrace, through which the other property landlords are granted right to pass so please make sure to leave space for them to go through.
The right and left extensions of Villa Paradiso terrace belong to the adjoining property. Also the garden located on the left side belongs to the other property.
