Description

We are located 2 km from Bocastown on the island Colon, BDT. Our house sits on a little hilltop.

From your terrace you have a beautyful seaview overlooking the wild tropical rainforest.

Monkeys, sloths and a big variety of birds and parrots are regular visitors in our garden.

Very nice fully furnished apartment with quality custom made furniture.

The kitchen is full equipped with a large frigde/freezer and a stove & oven.

Livingroom with TV and a sofasleeper, for an additional queensize bed, has a double door opening to the terrace. The large outdoor terrace is covered by a high canvasroof for protection from sun & rain.

On the terrace is a wooden table with 4 chairs to eat.

One part of the terrace is a sundeck with hammocks and chairs.

Luxary bathroom with hot rainwatershower.

The bedroom has a king sized bed with an orthopedic matrace,

a big closet and a/c or ceilingfan.

Owners live above the apartment, seperate units.

How do damage deposits work?
